Refunds and Returns

We are proud to supply you with our range of packaging however we understand that sometimes it might not be the right size for your orders.

We will offer you a credit note or gift card of the product purchased (less the actual freight if free shipping was selected) provided it is in a resellable and unused condition. 

Please contact us as soon as you can and returns must be received within 7 working days of your order.  As some of our products have a shelf life we will be unable to accept returns outside of this. 

Goods must be returned in its original packaging, resellable condition and unopened.

Returns without an email will delay your refund as we will need to investigate the details. 

Unclaimed Couriered Consignments:

We will ship all orders via courier however if you are not home/or at work they may leave a card to call. After two unsuccessful attempts the couriers will redeliver these parcels to us. In this instance to redeliver there may be additional freight charges. 

Charges:

Returns without the original packaging or damaged packaging (eg: printer boxes, ripped bags, bags used) will receive a deduction of 20% as we will not be able to resell this. 

EG: Every return requires us manual time to check that in fact there hasn't been one label or one bag taken from it. 

Why do we charge this? 
Majority of our returns arrive in an unsellable state so we have to either donate them, compost or recycle them. 

There has also been the few instances where our printers have been used for a bulk launch and then returned it for a refund. We can see how many sheets have been printed from each printer but as a small business we incur these costs as we cannot sell these as new. 

Some returns are returned when a few bags have been removed from a 100 pack (and Used!) so our team needs to count them out manually to make sure it doesn't short the pack for the next person. 

We understand mistakes happen and for most of our loyal customers and supporters we make allowances.
