General FAQs: 

Can I buy in bulk/wholesale? 

Yes, we have bulk pricing when purchasing 1000+ or 10,000+ of any size at a time. Please contact us directly to discuss your individual business needs.

 

Delivery:

Where is your business based and can I pick up? 

We are based in Albany/Auckland, New Zealand and you can select pick up. Or please contact us directly to see how we can help.

Do you ship overseas? 

Yes we can, please contact us directly on sales@r3pack.co.nz to get a shipping quote for your order. 

How will you ship the courier bags to me? 

We currently use Courier Post and NZ Couriers to deliver your order.  Approximate delivery times are 2-3 working days (add up to 2 extra days for rural)

Courier Rates for delivery in New Zealand: 

Free Shipping for Tester Packs 
Free Shipping for Orders over $65

Auckland: $6

Short Haul: $7
Long Haul: $8 

South Island: $8

Estimated delivery times provided commence from date of dispatch and are guidelines only. A dispatch confirmation email displaying your track and trace number will be sent once your order is ready to be collected by the courier. Our warehouse operates and dispatches orders Monday - Friday NZT (excluding Public Holidays), we endeavour to process every order as soon as possible though please allow for 1-2 working days for your order to be processed.

Please note: Rural deliveries may take slightly longer. Delivery times quoted are subject to product availability and we will advise you if an order is to be delayed. We use a signature required service therefore we recommend supplying a physical address where there will be someone present to sign for your item. We can not ship to a PO Box address outside of New Zealand.

Complimentary Freight: 
We offer complimentary freight for orders over $65 however this excludes bulky items. These are noted in their product description and our website will automatically calculate how much freight is. 

Bulky items Freight: 
Unfortunately with the cost of freight we are unable to offer complimentary freight/free freight codes on bulky items. Contact us directly and we might be able to find solutions to help. 

 

Everything Else: 

Can I get these in different sizes? 

At this stage we have all our products that are available listed on the website.  However please do check back again as we are expanding our stocked range. 

Can I get my company logo printed on your bags? 

Talk to us directly about your needs and we will find a way to help. However we prefer to keep things simple and low cost as possible. Hence a universal courier bag design.  You will be able to customise your bag, as many of our customers do, with additional branded labels.
