The insulating power of paper protects temperature sensitive items during shipping by using RecyCold^® climaliner™. A paper thermal liner which protects frozen, chilled, and ambient products from temperature fluctuations up to 48 hours during delivery.

climaliner™ pads are ready-to-use on delivery. For convenience, standard liner lengths are pre-defined and delivered from r3pack in Auckland. Custom lengths available on request.

RecyCold^® climaliner™ is >98.5% paper, making it recyclable, renewable, and biodegradable.

Carton Sizes & Matching Liners

The carton liners are limited to a width of 38cm (35cm + 3cm glued edges), and work best in cartons in two common methods - see image and video below.

Carton sizes are recommended and utalise the liners most efficiently, however other carton sizes may be usable depending on packing technique used.

If considering the Double-C method, cartons suit being 32-38cm wide, 32-38cm tall, while length is adjustable to meet your volume requirements.
