As with most technology, the software that makes these printers work needs to be installed in your computer prior to use. It does require some computer knowledge eg: what a driver is, what a folder is or in some instances how to copy and paste a link. If you have limited computer knowledge it may be beneficial to have someone you know read over the install instructions below with you.
Following purchase, you will receive a link to download drivers for Win & Mac. If you have purchased from us before, download from here. (Download button is on the top left of the next page). For mac, this printer uses the DA310.ppd file during install.

Commonly Asked questions:
I'm really bad with technology, can I still use this printer?
We have sold plenty of these printers and 99.9% of people can use the instructions to set up the printer. Follow each step and do not skip any of them. We offer one free tech support call and there after $50 flat fee per session (this is not our charge but outsourced to an IT company).
What is the difference between this one and the Zebra $600 ethernet printer?
Choose this USB printer if your computer and printer are next to each other on your packing bench as it is connected via USB. The ethernet printer is for those who have many people using the same printer or your computer and printer are in different locations and you want to connect by ethernet to your network.
Why is the cord loose?
Please push the cord into the power adapter, really push. You should hear/feel it click. If it is loose and can wriggle out then it is not properly connected.
I found a second hand printer online that is so cheap. It seems too good to be true?
Yes sometimes if it seems too good to be true it is. Please make sure that the printer is in working condition if you are not buying from us directly. The previous owner might have damaged it and we cannot guarantee the condition. If you buy a second hand printer and it is not working we will charge a $50 assessment fee to see where the fault lies or if you need installation assistance.
