*Product Certification Notice for Compostable Courier Bags
Our current stock of compostable courier bags were manufactured and certified to Australian compostability standards (AS 4736 and AS 5810) at the time of production, prior to the Australian Bioplastics Association (ABAP) placing a hold on renewals specifically for courier bag certifications. Despite this hold from Australian Bioplastics, other certified bags of equal or greater thickness remain approved, and our bag also meets the European EN13432 standard.
We are committed to full compliance and environmental responsibility. As a result, we are running down our stock and will end-of-life (EOL) this product line until ABAP resolves the renewal process and provides further guidance.
Rest assured, bags from this stock maintain their original compostable properties when disposed of in accordance with certified guidelines (e.g., industrial composting facilities). For the latest updates on ABAP certifications, visit https://bioplastics.org.au.
Thank you for choosing sustainable packaging options. We appreciate your understanding during this transitional period.
