The PadPak® Light Cushioning converter forms fanfold kraft paper into a light cushioning pad. The result is fast and efficient cushioning, blocking-and-bracing, and void filling. The converter forms the paper into a protective, shock-absorbing paper pad, using a patented folding and stitching process. A unique converter design, with five different modes of operation, allows both batch-mode applications and on-demand pad production.
Individual fan-folded packs of paper, with gluing strip, ensure easy loading and high speeds. The paper pad can be used for cushioning, fixating or wrapping.
The machines are leased and remain the property of r3pack/Ranpak.
Guide for machine is approximately minimum 1000 metres of cushioning wrap a month - or similar foam padding, polystyrene etc.
An indicative pricing for the paper is $0.40 /m +gst, volume discounts do apply.
